Proposed new Supervisory Board member of ICT

The proposed appointment as a member of the ICT Supervisory Board will be submitted for approval to the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 21 May 2008. The vacancy has arisen owing to the stepping down by rotation of Mr H.A.D. van den Boogaard on the same date. According to the Dutch cooperate governance code, Mr van den Boogaard has reached the maximum term as a member of ICT’s Supervisory Board and therefore does not qualify for reappointment. Mr Kostwinder (44, Dutch nationality) is active at the Evangelical Broadcast (EO), where he is responsible for financial and operational management. During the period from 1996 to 2006, he worked at Freecom Technologies Group as a CFO and Vice President. Prior to that, Kostwinder worked at Ernst & Young Accountants as an accountant. Mr Kostwinder is a chartered accountant (NIVRA). He is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of Koninklijke Econosto N.V. and Freecom Technologies B.V.
