ICT INCREASES STAKE IN RIALTOSOFT TO 100%

Following the acquisition of a 50% stake in Rialtosoft B.V. in February 2006, on 28 August 2007 ICT Automatisering N.V. (“ICT”) has finalised the acquisition of the remaining shares.

Rialtosoft concentrates on embedded software development and consultancy for the automotive industry. In terms of consultancy, Rialtosoft aims to support the client in the integration of processes which result in more efficient software development and improved software quality. With respect to software development, the company aims to develop software for OEM’s, Tier1 and Tier2 suppliers for vehicle systems with high quality and safety demands. More than ICT, therefore, Rialtosoft develops software which is ‘close to the hardware’ for systems with a strong mechatronic character.

Rialtosoft founder Michael van Rijen will stay on as director. Rialtosoft employed 16 people as per 31 December 2006. In 2006, the company realised a turnover of € 800,000. ICT will finance the acquisition of the remaining stake by own resources.
