ICT INCREASES STAKE IN IMPROVE QUALITY SERVICES TO 50%

Following the acquisition of a 40% stake in Improve Quality Services B.V. in April 2006, on April 2007 ICT Automatisering N.V. (“ICT”) has finalized the acquisition of an additional 10%. The cooperation with Improve Quality Services is in line with ICT’s strategy to grow in size while developing and maintaining long-term client relations.
Improve Quality Services B.V., founded in 1998, is a specialist company, which focuses on high-quality and innovative services in the field of testing and quality management. Clients include both buyers and suppliers of technical applications and information systems. Improve Quality Services has been founded by Erik van Veenendaal, an internationally recognised testing expert and co-inventor of the TMap test method. The services portfolio includes consultancy, training and outplacement. Improve Quality Services is market leader in the Netherlands (with certifications including ISTQB/ISEB) in the field of test training. Improve Quality Services will continue to operate as an independent company. Improve Quality Services currently has 22 employees.
The results of Improve Quality Services B.V. will be included for 50% in ICT’s results as from 1 January 2007.
