11/21/2005

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) ended the third quarter of 2005 in line with developments in the first half of 2005. Based on the developments in the first nine months of 2005, and the outlook for the remainder of the year, ICT expects an increase of approximately 29% in net profit to EUR 7 million for the full year 2005, compared with the 2004 results adjusted in line with IFRS.

In the first nine months of the year, ICT saw a modest turnover increase within ICT Embedded. The drop in turnover in the Mobile Communications division noted in the first half continued in the third quarter. This was offset by positive developments in the Automotive division. ICT Solutions noted a clear increase in turnover. The Traffic & Transport segment in particular developed positively.

ICT expects turnover for the full-year 2005 to grow in line with the increase recorded in the first half of the year.
Taking into consideration the adjustment to the comparable results for 2004 following the application of IFRS, ICT expects the results for the full year 2005 to increase by approximately 29% compared with 2004, to EUR 7 million. The introduction of IFRS is not expected to affect the 2005 results.
As of 1 October 2005, ICT employed a total staff of 733, down 11 compared with 30 June 2005 (744).
