ICT EXPECTS NET PROFIT OF EUR 6 MILLION FOR FULL-YEAR 2007

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) expects turnover for the full year 2007 to come in at about EUR 86 million (2006: EUR 80.7 million). In line with the previous forecast, net profit will be EUR 6 million.

At the start of the second half of the year, ICT was confronted with a downturn in the market, in particular in its Embedded division in the north and east of the Netherlands. Capacity utilisation levels are recovering following specifically targeted measures. We have also introduced measures to arrive at a structural solution. The main effort in this respect involves ICT expanding towards process automation in the Manufacturing sector in these regions. ICT Procos, which specifically focuses on the manufacturing sector, will play a leading role in this development. At the same time, around 25 employees will transfer from Embedded to Solutions.

This development and the opening of offices in Haarlem will give ICT Procos national coverage.
