ICT EXPECTS NET PROFIT INCREASE OF 17-20% FOR FULL YEAR 2008

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) expects turnover for the full year 2008 to come in at approximately EUR 97 million (2007: EUR 88.3 million). Net profit is expected to be between EUR 7.1 and EUR 7.3 million (2007: EUR 6.1 million), an increase of 17 to 20%.
In the course of the second half year, the economic circumstances deteriorated for the Dutch activities. Especially ICT Embedded is confronted with clients that are impacted by the weakening of the global economy. The markets in which ICT Solutions is active, in general show a healthy development, some markets however show signs of weakening.
Until now, developments in Germany are in line with the positive developments in the first half year. Up until now, no signs of weakening have been noted.
Given the current economic circumstances, ICT is closely watching the market developments and is preparing to adapt the organisation where necessary to the deteriorating market.
