05/21/2008

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) expects an increase in turnover of 10% for the first half year of 2008 compared to the first half year of 2007. Both autonomous growth and growth through acquisitions will contribute equally to this growth. The net profit for the first half year of 2008 is expected to show an increase of 15-20% compared to the same period last year. ICT will make this announcement today during its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. For the full year 2008, ICT reiterates its expectation of an increase in turnover and net profit.

During the first quarter of 2008 the developments of the second half of 2007 continued. For the division ICT Embedded this meant focusing on the recovery of the capacity utilisation rate, where at this moment good progress is being realized. Also in the first quarter the labour shortage played an important role for ICT Solutions. Within this division the circumstances for the Communications & MultiMedia branche remained difficult. For this reason, ICT has now decided to abandon the international market approach and to focus on the possibilities in the Dutch market. The growth of the activities of ICT Germany remains strong.

The number of staff increased by 4% during the first quarter.
