ICT EMBEDDED AND ICT SOLUTIONS MERGE UNDER HUMIQ NAME

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) announces that it plans to merge the activities of ICT Embedded B.V. and ICT Solutions B.V. The activities will be combined in a new company called HUMIQ B.V. The main objective behind this move is to realise a stronger position in the various regions by combining of the strengths of the two companies. The activities will be continued under the new name HUMIQ to create a more distinctive presence in the market.
Combining the competencies of Embedded and Solutions to form a single company allows us to offer a more complete portfolio and respond even more effectively to market needs. By serving the market from the various regions the company is also closer to the clients. which will intensify customer intimacy. Structuring the activities this way will enable the company to increase both efficiency and flexibility, which will in turn increase our effectiveness. The move will also allow HUMIQ’s professionals to expand their own competencies, while the division into regions will intensify their involvement in the company.
The legal merger will come into effect on 1 January 2010. Roy Jansen, the current director of ICT Solutions B.V., will be appointed as director of HUMIQ as per 1 January 2010. Roy Jansen (1966) has been active in the IT sector since 1990 and has held a range of management positions. ICT will also appoint a new Sales Director in the near future. The Sales Director will be responsible for the sales team and will report directly to Roy Jansen.
The move announced today will have no effect on the portfolio of services the company offers. The name of the holding remains unchanged and the company will therefore remain listed under the name ICT Automatisering N.V.
