ICT AUTOMATISERING SETS UP NEW HOLDING FOR GERMAN OPERATING COMPANIES AND CHANGES NAMES INTO ICT SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

ICT Automatisering N.V. (“ICT”) announces that its German operating companies will be placed under a new German Holding “ICT Germany”. Furthermore, the operating companies will operate under the name “ICT Software Engineering". This process will be gradually phased in. This step reflects ICT’s strategy of integrating its German subsidiaries.

As of 1 January 2008, XCC Software AG operates under the new holding and new name. LINEAS Automotive GmbH will start operating under the new holding and name as of 1 January 2009. In late November, ICT announced its intention to acquire the German companies !Zip EDV-Beratungs GmbH and !ZIP Automation GmbH (“!Zip”). At this moment, it is still unknown when !Zip will operate under the new holding and name once the acquisition is finalised.
