ICT Automatisering and Verum announce partnership

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) has announced that Verum B.V. and ICT Embedded B.V. have signed an agreement on 8 October 2008. According to this agreement, ICT Embedded will provide ASD (Analytical Software Design) consultancy services in support of Verum's ASD:Suite, whilst Verum will focus on future tool development, as well as on marketing the ASD:Suite.

Verum's ASD:Suite is a model-driven software development product. The ASD technology contributes to increasing the development productivity in complex and embedded systems, as the software system will be mathematically verified for completeness and accuracy, before a single line of code has been written. The tool delivers considerable savings in development costs and the software that is produced is guaranteed free from errors.

ICT is the first party to join the partner programme. Users of the Verum tool suite are mostly high-tech product development organisations. ICT supports these organisations in utilising the tooling, but also throughout the changes in the traditional development processes and organisational aspects. "Our knowledge of the ASD:Suite combined with the domain knowledge and know how of development processes of our clients (and shortly also Verum's potential clients) makes ICT the ideal partner when it comes to ensuring an efficient introduction of this productive way of developing software", explains Frans Verouden, ICT Embedded Branch Manager.
