ICT ANNOUNCES INTENDED GERMAN ACQUISITION OF !ZI

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) announces its intention to acquire the German companies !Zip EDV-Beratungs GmbH and !ZIP Automation GmbH (!Zip) in Neustadt am Weinstrasse. !Zip is active in the field of process automation, focusing specifically on the markets for machine manufacturing, energy, and logistics. This intended acquisition reflects ICT’s strategy to increasingly focus on other markets next to its traditional activities in the automotive market.

!Zip, founded in 1996, expects to realise turnover in 2007 of about EUR 3.5 million and has a workforce of 25. !Zip is expected to start contributing to the net profit per share in 2008.

ICT will finance the acquisition by own resources.
