ICT ACQUIRES STAKE IN TEST SPECIALIST IMPROVE QUALITY SERVICES B.V.

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) has signed a letter of intent on the acquisition of a 40% stake in Improve Quality Services B.V. in Valkenswaard. Improve Quality Services is a leading service provider in the of field testing and quality management and focuses primarily on consultancy and training. This participation is fully in line with ICT’s strategy of continuing to broaden its service by adding specialisms in markets in which the company is already active. The acquisition will be effective retroactively as from 1 January 2006 and ICT expects it to have an immediate positive impact on earnings per share.
The purchase price is based on the profit realized by Improve Quality Services B.V. in 2005.
