ICT ACQUIRES STAKE IN PROCOS ENGINEERS & CONSULTANTS B.V.

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Procos Engineers & Consultants B.V. in Gorinchem. Procos focuses on the development of technical automation applications for medium-sized to large industrial companies.
The acquisition is in line with ICT’s strategy to boost its position in industrial automation. The acquisition is due to be effectuated as per 1 July 2006 and is expected to make an immediate positive contribution to the earnings per share.
The acquisition price depends on the result Procos will book in 2006.
