ICT ACQUIRES STAKE IN AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALIST RIALTOSOFT B.V.

ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) has signed a letter of intent on for the acquisition of a 50% stake in Rialtosoft B.V., based in Eindhoven. Rialtosoft concentrates on software development and consultancy for development processes in the automotive industry. The acquisition of this stake is entirely in line with ICT’s strategy aimed at further broadening its services with specialisations in markets in which it is already active. The acquisition will be effected as of 1 January 2006 and is expected to make an immediate positive contribution to the earnings per share.

ICT will acquire the remaining stake in the shares as of 1 January 2010. The total acquisition price will be largely dependent on Rialtosoft’s performance.
