Appointment new supervisory board member ICT

The Supervisory Board of ICT Automatisering N.V. (ICT) announces that it has appointed Mr C.A.G. D'Agnolo as a member of ICT's Supervisory Board during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The appointment is effective as per 1 October 2008. This brings the total number of Supervisory Board members to five: Mr W. de Vlugt (chairman), Mr C. Kämper, Mr B.F. Kostwinder, Mr P. Zuidema en de heer C.A.G D'Agnolo.The appointment of Mr D'Agnolo is in advance of the stepping down by rotation of Mr De Vlugt in May 2009. After his stepping down, the Supervisory Board will consist of four members.
Mr C.A.G. D'Agnolo (1953, Dutch nationality) does not have shareholdings in ICT Automatisering N.V. He studied Business Administration at the Eindhoven University of Technology. As from 2003, he worked for Zetes Nederland B.V. as an interim manager and director. Since 2005, he is employed as a director of Zetes Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Eastern Europe. Prior to this, he gained ample experience as a director at Enschede/Sdu BV and DAF Trucks.
Given his wide experience at companies with a strong technological character, as well as his international experience, the Supervisory Board believes Mr D'Agnolo fits the profile for this Supervisory Board membership.
